i dont know how have those people got the diploma as architects, but i think that this work has to be done with full responsability,eitherwise it causes social and environmental damages.. as the ones in the pictures :( it is really a pity tha sometimes people construct only to BUILD, but they dont do Arcjitecture in this case.
